Frequently Asked Questions

  • We understand that plans can change. We kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

    A card deposit is required to secure all bookings.

    • Cancellations or changes made with 48+ hours’ notice will receive a full refund of the deposit or can be transferred to a new appointment.

    • Cancellations within 24 hours will be charged at 50% of the appointment cost.

    • Missed appointments (no-shows) will be charged in full.

    We do understand that genuine emergencies happen. If this is the case, please contact the salon directly and we’ll always do our best to help.

  • A valid skin allergy alert test is required for all colour services.

    Please book this at least 48 hours before your appointment.

    Tests are required every 6 months, or sooner if you are making a significant colour change.
